To access the full features of jijikk, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by jijikk for identity verification purposes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jijikk account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jijikk employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijikk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jijikk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify jijikk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jijikk reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
jijikk may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jijikk may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
jijikk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jijikk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your jijikk account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. jijikk reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its sole discretion, including for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. jijikk aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification requirements. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jijikk reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, as disclosed in the account dashboard. Players will be notified by registered mobile number prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
Note: All deposits and withdrawals at jijikk are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player and are determined by the relevant payment provider.
jijikk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your jijikk account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; any unmet bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
jijikk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
jijikk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not yet been credited at the time a promotion is terminated will not be issued.
All slot games, bingo games, and other random-outcome games available on jijikk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and independent of previous results. jijikk's RNG systems are subject to periodic testing and certification by independent technical auditors.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jijikk reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. jijikk's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be payable in the event of a malfunction.
jijikk is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage. Where a game round is interrupted due to a player-side disconnection, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijikk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
Anti-Money Laundering: jijikk complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players are required to provide source-of-funds documentation upon request.

jijikk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jijikk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
jijikk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
jijikk implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the jijikk Platform are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
jijikk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your jijikk account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jijikk's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.
