Registration

Creating a jijikk account is quick and straightforward. Visit the jijikk website and click the Register button. You'll need to provide a valid email address, a mobile number registered in the Philippines, and a secure password. After submitting your details, you'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) on your mobile number to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in and start exploring the platform.

Before making your first deposit or withdrawal, you'll also need to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at jijikk. This is in strict compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. During the KYC verification process, your age will be confirmed using your government-issued ID. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned.

Account Access

If you've forgotten your password, go to the jijikk login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Click the link, enter your new password, confirm it, and you're good to go.

Account Policy

No. jijikk strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player is allowed only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of jijikk's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

If you believe your account has been compromised or you're having trouble accessing it, please contact support rather than creating a new account.

Account Settings

You can update certain account details — such as your address or contact number — by going to Account Settings after logging in. However, changes to your registered name, date of birth, or government ID details require manual review by our verification team. To request these changes, email [email protected] with supporting documentation. Changes are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

jijikk supports the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players:

Deposits

The minimum deposit at jijikk is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times at jijikk depend on your chosen payment method:

  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually processed within 1–3 hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule

All withdrawals go through a security review before being released. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as our team completes final KYC checks. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience minor delays.

Tip: Make sure your jijikk account name exactly matches the name on your GCash, PayMaya, or bank account to avoid withdrawal delays.

Fees

jijikk does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the nature of the transfer. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule.

Withdrawals

Common reasons for a withdrawal being delayed or rejected include:

  • Incomplete KYC verification — your ID documents haven't been approved yet
  • Account name mismatch between jijikk and your payment method
  • Active bonus with unmet wagering requirements attached to your balance
  • Withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold (₱200 for e-wallets, ₱500 for banks)

Wagering

To complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at jijikk, you'll need to submit a clear photo or scan of one of the following valid Philippine government-issued IDs:
